About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
• Manage deal processes, coordinate with clients and other advisors, and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven financial modeling expertise.
• Excellent understanding of capital markets and corporate finance principles.
• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with financial databases like Bloomberg is a plus.
