About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Investment Banking Associate to join their prestigious firm based in Coventry . This role is central to executing a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions for diverse corporate clients. You will be integral in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client presentations, working closely with senior bankers and clients to achieve strategic financial objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and merger models.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company valuations.
• Manage deal processes, coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance principles.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
