About the Role

You will be involved in all stages of deal execution, from initial client pitching and due diligence to financial modeling, valuation, and closing. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and offering memorandums.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company due diligence.
• Manage junior team members and coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the deal process.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, M&A processes, and capital raising.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.
