Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of complex M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions from origination to closing.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including valuation analyses, LBO models, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Conduct extensive industry research and company-specific due diligence.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings, deal negotiations, and relationship management.
• Manage deal processes, coordinate with advisors, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
