You will play an integral part in financial modeling, due diligence, and client relationship management, working under the guidance of senior bankers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and market research for client engagements.
• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors throughout transaction processes.
• Prepare client presentations and manage deal-related documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on transaction execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, DCF, LBO, and M&A analysis.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
