Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt financings, and equity offerings.
• Conduct in-depth market research, company analysis, and financial due diligence.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and financial models to support advisory mandates.
• Assist in managing client relationships and participating in client meetings and calls.
• Work collaboratively with deal teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to investment banking .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or financial consulting.
• Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation expertise.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial databases and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, Excel).
