About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their fully remote team. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex financial transactions, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial planning from the comfort of your own home office. Key Responsibilities

• Support deal origination and execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and offering memorandums for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities.
• Manage client interactions and build strong relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout transaction processes.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and other deal team members on all aspects of live transactions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a supportive and high-performing virtual team environment.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
