Position: IPAF Operator / Driver Salary: £42,000 Basic + OTE £50,000 Shifts: 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week Occasional Saturdays as required Overtime available

This is a varied role involving driving truck-mounted access equipment to customer sites and safely operating the equipment once on site. You will work in accordance with health and safety regulations while providing a professional and reliable service to customers.
Full in-house training will be provided on the operation of the company's specific access equipment.
About your new IPAF Operator / Driver role: Driving truck-mounted access equipment safely to and from customer sites. Safely operating truck-mounted powered access equipment. Carrying out pre-use and pre-operational equipment checks. Setting up and operating access equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and site requirements. Following all relevant health and safety procedures and working-at-height regulations. Working closely with customers and site teams to complete jobs safely and efficiently. Reporting any equipment defects, damage or safety concerns. Maintaining a professional and helpful approach when dealing with customers. Keeping equipment and working areas clean and organised.What you'll need to succeed for this IPAF Operator / Driver role: Valid Category C driving licence. Valid IPAF Operator licence. Previous experience operating powered access equipment. Good knowledge of working-at-height and general health and safety procedures. Confidence driving and operating specialist access equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
