About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their technology division in Coventry . This role is crucial for guiding the implementation of new IT systems and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. You will be the central point of contact, orchestrating the efforts of technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with IT teams (developers, engineers, analysts) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure all IT projects adhere to security policies, compliance regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and relevant committees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as an IT Project Manager .
• Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in risk management for technology projects in Coventry .
