IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initial concept and planning through to implementation and post-project review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and IT stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Foster strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular status updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager , managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• A relevant IT or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
