About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects in Stoke-on-Trent . This role supports a hybrid working model, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, from defining requirements to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal IT departments, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and dependencies to all stakeholders through appropriate channels.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integration.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
