• Maintaining project plans, timelines, documentation and progress reports
• Monitoring deadlines, identifying potential issues and proactively finding solutions

• Maintaining accurate IT records, systems information and operational documentation
• Coordinating IT onboarding, offboarding, equipment and access requests
• Providing initial IT support and liaising with external providers to resolve technical issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and working practices

About you:

We are looking for someone with the right combination of technical aptitude, professionalism and ambition.

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, including previous employment within a recruitment agency
• Experience supporting IT systems, projects, systems administration or technology-related business operations
• Knowledge of recruitment CRM/ATS systems, ideally Bullhorn
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels
• A responsible, reliable and conscientious approach to work
• A proactive self-starter who uses initiative, common sense and sound judgement
• A genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills and take on increasing responsibility
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• The drive and commitment to build a long-term career within IT

What's on offer?

• A structured development pathway towards IT Manager within 3-5 years
• Direct exposure to the Global IT Director
• Excellent training and professional development opportunities
• Experience working on meaningful IT projects within a global recruitment organisation
• Hybrid working with Fridays from home
• 23 days' annual leave, increasing to 28 days (including three days allocated to Christmas closure)
• Private healthcare, company pension and life assurance

If you have experience working within recruitment, enjoy technology and systems, and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career with a global organisation, we would love to hear from you.
