IT Service Delivery & Supplier Governance Lead

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking a Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead to shape and enhance digital service delivery across the organisation. You will work with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure reliable, customer-focused services aligned to Welsh Water’s priorities.

You will lead day-to-day IT service delivery, promote service stability, coordinate major incidents, and run supplier governance to drive value for money and excellent customer outcomes.
