JIB Electrician Social Housing

Job Description: Hexa Services are currently recruiting for an experienced JIB Gold Card Electrician t o work on a long-term social housing contract in Birmingham. The work is within occupied social housing properties, so applicants must have previous domestic/social housing experience and be comfortable working professionally within tenants' homes. Duties will include: Electrical upgrades within occupied properties Kitchen and bathroom electrical works Upgrading/replacing electrical accessories Consumer unit changes General domestic electrical installation works Requirements: JIB Gold Card Relevant electrical qualifications Previous domestic/social housing experience Own tools Ability to work independently within occupied properties Good communication and professional manner when dealing with tenants Hours: 8 hours per day Duration: Minimum 6 months Location: Birmingham Start: ASAP This is a long-term position with a minimum of six months' work available for the right electrician. xwwtmva Apply with an up-to-date CV and details of your relevant social housing/domestic electrical experience.
