Multi-Skilled Joiner

• Location: Bolton
• Job Type: Temporary, 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am to 4:30pm)
• Hourly Rate: £25

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our responsive repairs team. This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance works to both occupied and void council properties across the borough, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct responsive repairs and maintenance to council housing stock.
• Diagnose and resolve repair issues on the first visit where possible.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Time-served Joiner with relevant qualifications.
• Experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching, and general maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own tools required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
