Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Completion of a recognized Air Traffic Control training program or equivalent academic background in aviation.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English with clear and articulate verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software systems for remote operations .
