Junior Architect

About the Role

You will support senior architects in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support the production of planning application documents and building regulation submissions.
• Conduct site visits and gather information as required for project development.
• Help coordinate project information with consultants and contractors.
• Maintain project files and documentation to a high standard.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to design discussions.

Requirements

• RIBA Part I or equivalent qualification in Architecture .
• Some professional experience in an architectural practice is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and basic 3D modeling skills.
• An understanding of basic architectural principles and construction methods.
• A keen interest in learning and developing architectural skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
