Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design and execution of laboratory experiments and pilot plant trials.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends and potential improvements.
- Support the scale-up of laboratory processes to pilot and production scales.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for process development activities.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering .
- Strong understanding of fundamental chemical engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
