Our client is actively seeking a bright and motivated Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic legal team in Plymouth . Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors and partners with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, agreements for lease, and licenses to assign.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on title, planning, and other property-related matters.
• Manage transactional processes, including completion statements and Land Registry applications.
• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, and other legal professionals.
• Support the team in managing the firm's property portfolio and undertaking due diligence for larger deals.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience, or a strong trainee seeking NQ role in commercial property .
• A genuine interest in and developing knowledge of commercial property law .
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work to deadlines.
