About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Junior E-commerce Analyst to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and analyzing key e-commerce website metrics , such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Generate regular reports on website activity and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Support the analysis of marketing campaign performance and their impact on online sales.
• Help identify trends and insights from data to propose recommendations for website and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy and assist in data cleansing efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data interpretation.
• Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and basic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
