You will be involved in property inspections, condition surveys, and report writing, contributing to a range of projects. The role combines essential site visits with remote administrative and analytical work, providing a balanced and comprehensive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior surveyors in conducting detailed property inspections and condition surveys.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on property condition, defects, and recommended remedial works.
• Gather data and measurements from building sites for analysis and planning purposes.
• Support the team in providing advice on property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as directed by senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to survey activities and project progress.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Surveying , Construction, or a related property field.
• Interest in pursuing RICS or a similar professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to hybrid working demands.
• Basic understanding of building construction and maintenance practices.
