About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Loss Adjuster specializing in Property Claims to join their team in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire . In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end process of property insurance claims, visiting damaged properties, assessing the extent of loss, and negotiating fair settlements with policyholders. Key Responsibilities

• Attend property loss sites to inspect damage and assess the extent of the claim.
• Investigate the circumstances surrounding the loss and determine policy coverage.
• Quantify the financial loss and prepare detailed adjustment reports.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and their representatives in a fair and timely manner.
• Provide expert advice on claims handling and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster , with a focus on property claims .
• Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and damage assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance policy wordings and claims procedures.

• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently.
