About the Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Developer to join their growing team in Nottingham . This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning through to construction and sales. You will support senior developers in analyzing potential projects, managing consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong analytical skills, and is keen to build a career in property development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior developers in identifying and evaluating potential development sites and projects.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analyses for new developments.
• Support the planning application process, liaising with architects, planners, and local authorities.
• Help manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Contribute to the marketing and sales strategies for completed developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Some relevant internship or work experience in property development, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the planning system and basic understanding of construction processes is a plus.
