About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimise a diverse portfolio of properties, operating remotely and supporting clients across the UK. This senior role involves developing and executing portfolio strategies to maximise returns, manage risk, and enhance asset value. You will be responsible for financial oversight, market analysis, and strategic planning for all properties within your remit. This is a critical position for an individual with a strong understanding of real estate finance and investment, looking to make a significant impact in a remote-first, client-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for the real estate portfolio to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Monitor portfolio performance, analysing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Manage financial aspects of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment and divestment decisions.
Oversee asset management activities, including property operations and tenant relations for key assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and service providers.

Requirements

Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management or asset management.
Proven track record in financial analysis, investment strategy, and risk management.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and investment vehicles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in portfolio management software and financial analysis tools.
Ability to lead effectively and drive results in a remote work environment.
