You will work closely with experienced agents, learning the intricacies of the market and assisting in managing the sales process. Your primary focus will be on liaising with buyers and sellers, arranging viewings, and processing offers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assist in the negotiation process between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, offers, and sales progression in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
