In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from instruction to completion, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will play a key part in driving sales performance for the branch, working closely with the management team to achieve targets. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local property market and a proven ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a pipeline of property sales, from initial valuation through to successful completion.
• Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually agreeable terms.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to branch objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of the property sales process and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with the Portsmouth area property market is essential.
• Full UK driving license and a proactive, client-focused attitude.
