Junior Sous Chef – Lead & Create in a Busy Hotel Kitchen

Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the Truly Talented kitchen team in the Birmingham area. You will help manage day-to-day operations and ensure top quality food while supporting the wider kitchen team under the Head Chef.

You will assist with menu development, cost control, training of junior staff, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. This is a part-time, on-site role paying £15.92 per hour.
