Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic connectivity and service-related issues for customers.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers, providing detailed information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution in the support system.

Requirements
