Job Description
Position-KDB+ Developer Location: London, UK (Hybrid-3 days a week from office) Long term position
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise KDB+/q queries and applications.
- Work with real-time and historical market data.
- Perform data modelling, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support applications.
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and business teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong KDB+ and q programming.
- Knowledge of time-series databases and large datasets.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
- Understanding of financial markets and market data.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Git is beneficial
