About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow their most important client relationships in the Liverpool area. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing key accounts.
- Negotiate contract renewals and upsell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in key account management or a similar strategic sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, and high-value accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of client business drivers and industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
