Key Account Manager

• *Profile**

• *Responsibilities**

• Manage all supply contracts, including Local Authority, Commercial & Industrial, and merchant fuel agreements.

• Ensure contractual, regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements are fully met.

• Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain contract risk registers and mitigation plans.

• *Requirements**

• Energy from waste is strongly desirable or similar

• Strong contract management experience.

• Commercial contract negotiation and management expertise.

• Knowledge of waste industry legislation and compliance requirements.

• Experience of Local Authority contract delivery.

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accounts, and financial reporting.

• *Hours**

• 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working optional
