You will play a vital role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, and ensuring a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are clean and sanitised.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables and chopping ingredients.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of food items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
