About the Role

Our client, a leading architectural visualization studio in Bradford , is seeking a highly skilled Lead 3D Modeler to oversee and contribute to the creation of photorealistic architectural models. You will be responsible for guiding a team of modelers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and artistic detail in all projects. This role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and clients to translate architectural plans into stunning 3D visualizations that showcase properties with exceptional clarity and realism. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D modelers, providing guidance on techniques and project execution.
• Create high-quality, detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes based on architectural drawings and specifications.
• Optimize models for performance in rendering engines and real-time applications.
• Ensure consistency in style, scale, and detail across all project assets.
• Collaborate with the texturing, lighting, and rendering teams to achieve final visual outputs.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of other modelers, ensuring adherence to project briefs and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 3D Modeler , with a strong focus on architectural visualization.
• Demonstrated expertise in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Proven ability to create complex, high-polygon models with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with V-Ray , Corona Renderer, or similar rendering engines.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively in Bradford .
