Lead Latin Kitchen Chef – High‑Energy, Growth‑Driven Role

Las Iguanas seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and own the culinary operation. You will train and develop chefs, drive quality and safety standards, and ensure consistent delivery of bold Latin-inspired dishes.

You will balance creativity with control, manage costs, labour and stock, and work closely with the General Manager to sustain a vibrant, guest-focused dining experience across the brand.
