Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of junior aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and professional development.
• Develop and refine treatment menus and protocols based on industry trends and client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the treatment rooms and clinic.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy, with specialization in Aesthetics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Aesthetician .
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
• In-depth knowledge of various skincare technologies, ingredients, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
