About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, and injectables (under appropriate supervision).
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Lead and supervise a team of aestheticians, providing training, performance feedback, and support.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the clinic.
• Manage inventory of aesthetic supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing expertise and promoting new treatments to clients.

Requirements

• Advanced diploma or degree in Aesthetics, Dermatology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of various skin conditions and advanced treatment modalities.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare devices and technology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
