Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser, injectables, and other cutting-edge procedures.
• Lead and manage the aesthetic team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement new treatment protocols and service offerings based on industry trends and client demand.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, designing bespoke treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely and effectively, adhering to strict regulatory and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain and update client records and treatment histories accurately.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Aesthetics or a related medical field (e.g., nursing, dermal therapy).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced aesthetic treatments and client management.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an aesthetic clinic or medspa.
• Expertise in a wide range of aesthetic technologies and procedures.
• Exceptional communication, client relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin science.
