About the Role
Our client is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Aesthetician to spearhead their innovative online skincare advisory service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote aestheticians, setting high standards for client care, and developing advanced virtual treatment protocols. You will utilize your deep expertise in cosmetic science and client management to enhance our client's digital presence and service offerings, ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction and expert guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of remote aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and refine advanced virtual skincare treatment plans and consultation methodologies.
- Conduct complex virtual consultations for challenging skin conditions and clients seeking specialized aesthetic advice.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all client interactions and consultations conducted by the team.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide expert input on new service offerings and product formulations.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Aesthetician , with a minimum of 7 years in advanced treatments and client consultations.
- Holding a senior or leadership role previously is highly desirable.
- Expert knowledge of dermatology, cosmetic ingredients, and a wide range of aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing or mentoring a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced telehealth and CRM platforms for client management.
- Exceptional communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
