Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and educate them on home care routines.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of junior aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Manage inventory for skincare products and treatment supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Aesthetician, with proven expertise in advanced treatments.
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using various skincare technologies and equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-consultation skills.
