Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of aestheticians and beauty therapists, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment protocols and service offerings.
• Conduct advanced skin analysis and recommend personalised treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Manage inventory of beauty products and equipment, and oversee ordering processes.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and client retention strategies.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials , peels, and non-invasive procedures.
• Excellent understanding of skincare ingredients and their effects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and train team members effectively.
