Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced skin treatments , including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of aestheticians , ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on thorough skin assessments and consultations.
• Manage appointment schedules, client records, and inventory of skincare products and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and product innovations in the beauty and wellness industry.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Aesthetician, with proven leadership experience.
• Expertise in various skincare modalities and a strong understanding of dermatological principles.
• Excellent client communication, consultation, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and electronic health records.
