Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team of aestheticians, ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to protocols.
• Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory of skincare products and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetics.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and client retention strategies to enhance the clinic's profile and profitability.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy, with advanced certifications in relevant aesthetic procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various aesthetic equipment, including laser and radiofrequency devices.
• Excellent understanding of skin physiology, cosmetic ingredients, and treatment contraindications.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in team management and development.
