Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, micro-needling, and injectables (if qualified and within scope).
• Supervise and mentor a team of aestheticians, providing guidance on treatment protocols, client care, and professional development.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations, assessing suitability for treatments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the clinic environment.
• Contribute to treatment menu development and marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

• Qualified Aesthetician with relevant certifications (e.g., Level 4 or higher in advanced skin treatments).
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the aesthetic industry, with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in various non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology relevant to aesthetic treatments.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
