Lead AI Engineer - Generative Models

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain robust AI infrastructure and pipelines for training and inference at scale.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI technologies .
• Drive research and implementation of novel techniques in areas such as content generation, data augmentation, and synthetic data creation.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI engineering , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying generative models in production environments.
• Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and associated libraries.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
