Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's AI ethics strategy and policies.
- Provide expert guidance and conduct ethical risk assessments for all AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI design and development lifecycles.
- Organize and lead training sessions for employees on AI ethics principles and best practices.
- Engage with industry forums, regulators, and academic institutions to contribute to the broader discourse on AI ethics.
- Monitor evolving ethical landscapes, research emerging challenges, and propose proactive solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, technology ethics, or responsible innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing ethical frameworks, conducting impact assessments, and advising on AI governance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, AI concepts, and their societal implications.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, essential for a remote role.
