About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector .
• Manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of design excellence.
• Engage directly with clients, including school boards and university estates departments, to understand and meet their requirements.
• Oversee the technical design process, ensuring compliance with educational building standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with significant experience, particularly in the education sector .
• Proven track record of leading complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of educational facility design principles, building regulations, and sustainability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design software.
