Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design lifecycle of multiple architectural projects, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a qualified Architect, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in architectural design software such as Revit, BIM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Membership in a professional architectural body (e.g., RIBA) is essential.
