Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for architectural design teams on multiple projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and technologists, fostering professional growth and expertise.
• Champion the use of innovative technologies and sustainable design practices within the practice.

Requirements

• Professional qualification as an Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in leading design teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Expertise in architectural software, including Revit and 3D modelling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, planning law, and contract administration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
