Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional qualification and registration as an architect.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods in the United Kingdom .
