Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage architectural design teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a practicing Architect with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural design software.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK building codes, planning regulations, and construction methodologies .
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design vision effectively.
• Qualified Architect with professional registration (e.g., ARB/RIBA).
